Services

What we do on a conveyor, and the materials we use.

Still unsure? Call 97338 54927
Which conveyor belt services do you provide?

Hot and cold vulcanized belt joints, fastener joints and fastener fix-up, belt laying and recoiling, belt edge cutting, spot repair, pulley and drum rubber lagging, stacker head pulley lagging, and breakdown work. See the Services page for details.

Can you make a joint without a hot press?

Yes. A cold vulcanized joint needs no heating press. It is made with two-part cold vulcanizing cement and hardener, so it can be done where a hot press cannot be fitted.

How long before the belt can run after a cold joint?

A cold joint cures at ambient temperature after it is closed and rolled; in most cases the belt runs within the same shift. Total job time depends on belt width, belt type, weather and site access.

Which pulleys can you lag?

Head, tail, snub and bend pulleys and drums, plus stacker and reclaimer head pulleys. We use 12 mm plain or diamond-groove rubber lagging.

Which vulcanizing materials do you use?

For cold joints: Thejo TC 310 and Thejo TN 9000 cold vulcanising solutions, and Waidhan cold solution, all two-part with hardener. For hot joints: MRF vulcanising solution and MRF cushion repair compound. Lagging sheets and lagging solution come from established manufacturers.

Site & timing

When we can attend, and what we need ready at your plant.

Still unsure? Call 97338 54927
Do you attend breakdowns at night or on Sundays?

Yes. Work after 5 pm, at night, on Sundays and holidays is taken up and charged as overtime per hour.

Do you work during planned shutdowns?

Yes. Most belt changes, joints and lagging jobs are planned into your shutdown. Share the dates early so we can plan the team and materials.

How do you handle safety at our plant?

Every job runs under your permit-to-work and gate-pass system, after your team has isolated and locked out the conveyor. Our crew wears helmets, safety shoes and gloves, with eye protection for buffing, and a supervisor is on the job throughout. We have completed every job to date without an incident, and we intend to keep it that way.

What do you need from us at site?

Electric power, water, lighting, and any scaffolding, platform, chute opening or crane / hydra needed to reach the belt or pulley.

Which areas do you cover?

Haldia, Purba Medinipur, Hooghly and nearby industrial areas of West Bengal. Other locations on request.

Rates, GST & payment

How jobs are measured, invoiced and paid.

Still unsure? Call 97338 54927
How are your rates measured?

Joints per mm of belt width; laying, recoiling and edge cutting per metre; spot repair and lagging per square inch; fastener fix-up per number; stacker head pulley lagging as a lump sum; overtime per hour; transport per occasion.

Do you supply the materials?

Yes. Vulcanizing solution, hardener, cover compound, rubber sheet and fasteners are included in our rates, along with labour, tools and tackles.

Do you give GST invoices?

Yes. We are GST registered (GSTIN 19CUMPK0322B1Z0) and issue tax invoices quoting your work order. GST at 18% is charged extra on the rates.

Which SAC / HSN code is on your invoices?

Our services are classified under SAC (the services part of the HSN system). We are registered for SAC 998717, maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial machinery, and SAC 998333, engineering services for industrial projects. Both carry GST at 18%. See SAC & tax rates.

Do you charge IGST for plants outside West Bengal?

Yes. Within West Bengal we charge CGST 9% + SGST 9%. For work done at a plant outside West Bengal, IGST 18% applies as per the place of supply.

What are your payment terms?

Within 15 days of the invoice by NEFT/RTGS. If TDS is deducted, please share the TDS certificate.

Is transport charged separately?

Yes. Transport of our team, machines and materials is quoted per occasion, depending on the plant’s distance.

Belt stopped or shutdown coming up?

Tell us the belt width and the job. We will quote.
