    Tell us the belt width, length or number of joints, and what has gone wrong. Photos on WhatsApp help.

    Site visit

    For bigger jobs we inspect the conveyor, measure the belt and pulleys and check access, power and lifting.

    Written quotation

    Item-wise quotation with unit rates, quantities, terms and validity, addressed to your purchase or maintenance team.

    Work order & job

    We start against your work order or PO, during your shutdown or at once for breakdowns, and report progress daily.

    You getWork done to plan, with a record for your engineer.

    GST tax invoice

    Tax invoice quoting your work order number and date, with the job certified by your engineer.

How our team works in your plant.

We work inside running fertiliser, oil, chemical and port facilities, so we follow your rules, not ours.

  • Permit & gate passWe work under your plant’s permit-to-work and gate-pass system.
  • Isolation firstNo one touches the belt until your team has isolated and locked out the conveyor.
  • Safety gearHelmets, safety shoes and gloves on every job; eye protection for buffing.
  • Supervisor on the jobA supervisor leads the vulcanizers and is your single point of contact.
  • Daily progressWork done each day reported to your engineer during shutdowns.
  • Clean hand-overArea cleared, trial run with your engineer, job certified for billing.

What to send us.

  • Belt width in mm, and belt type or ply if known
  • Number of joints, or length of belt to lay or recoil
  • Pulley diameter and face width for lagging
  • Size of the damaged area for spot repair
  • Plant name and location of the conveyor
  • Photos of the damage and your shutdown dates

Quotation terms

Clear terms, every time.

  • Rates include consumables, labour, tools and tackles
  • GST at 18% extra
  • Scaffolding, power, water, lighting and crane by client
  • Work after 5 pm, Sundays, holidays and nights charged as overtime
  • Payment within 15 days by NEFT / RTGS
  • TDS certificate to be shared if TDS is deducted
  • Validity stated on each quotation
